South Florida Real Estate Market
As a licensed real estate agent in South Florida, I have had the opportunity to learn a great deal about the real estate market, the people of this beautiful state, and how fast paced this market is. I have has a RE Licence for nearly 5 years now, and I am only 23 years old. I actually received my real estate license at the youngest possible age, becoming a licensed agent at the age of eighteen. It took quite a bit of learning to become the expert real estate agent I am today.
When I first got my license, I started as nearly ever local real estate agent does: in residential real estate taking on leads for renters and trying to every family member, friend and acquaintance I have ever met to see if they would like to buy or sell their South Florida home. While this is a great way to get yourself started and “cut your teeth” so to speak, I really wish I had gone with a more thought out approach. One of the things I really would have liked to started earlier, was blogging and creating a following around my name. But, here I finally am getting to starting this blog, and I plan on providing you with some awesome information about local South Florida Real Estate.
My Favorite type of Residential Real Estate in South Florida
No it may sound cliche, but the top type of property I like to deal with in South Florida is of course waterfront homes. I have always been captivated by the water and I love boating, diving, reefs, fishing and anything nautical. South Florida is probably the number on fishing capital of the world, as we know it is the yachting capital of the world. Well, there is nothing more rewarding to me than selling someone their dream home on the water, and helping them get into boating!
Real Estate Investing
I love real estate investing and I have been doing it for quite some time now. There are so many different ways to get into it, that almost anyone can. Yes, you do need SOME money, but there are plenty of way to start buying with a very small cash stack. One of the first properties I ever bought, I literally almost emptied my bank account. I bought a triplex but I knew it was going to pay for itself! After renting the other 2 units, minse was paid for and I had some positive cash flow.
